Our website is hosted by Vercel. Delivering and protecting the website involves processing technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and the time of a request. Technical logs may also be used to investigate errors or abuse.
We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website for this processing.
The current website does not use advertising pixels or visitor analytics. Its fonts and visual assets are served from the website itself. We do not use cookies for advertising or analytics. If this changes, we will update this notice and request consent where required before activating the relevant technology.
The contact links open your own email application. There is no contact form on this website.
Service providers and international transfers
We use Vercel for website hosting and Google Workspace for email. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
Vercel operates internationally, so website-related data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. How long we keep information
We determine how long to retain an enquiry by whether it has been answered, whether further discussion is still active, and whether the correspondence is needed to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. Once those purposes no longer apply, the information should be deleted.
If an enquiry leads to a project, we retain relevant correspondence for managing that relationship and for applicable legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. The relevant criteria are the duration of the project, any outstanding contractual obligations, applicable statutory retention requirements and the limitation periods for relevant claims.
Retention of technical information depends on the provider’s log and backup cycles and whether information is needed to investigate a specific incident or comply with a legal obligation. Deleting a message does not necessarily remove all backup copies immediately; providers remove those copies through their applicable deletion processes.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, restrict its processing, or receive data in a portable format. You can also object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on our legitimate interests.
Email legal@99maze.ai to exercise your rights. We normally respond within one month. Where legally permitted, we may extend that period for a complex request and will explain why. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority. You do not have to contact us first.
